I. Order Processing Procedures
Order Confirmation: Once you submit and pay for an order, we will immediately review the product details, shipping address, company qualifications, and payment information. Upon successful review, we will send you a confirmation email containing the order number, product list, estimated shipping time, and logistics plan, and the order will come into effect. In case of any anomalies such as out-of-stock items, unclear addresses, or non-compliant qualifications, our business team will contact you within 24 hours to negotiate solutions.
II. Shipping Solutions
We integrate high-quality global logistics resources and customize standardized shipping solutions for you, including international express services (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), international air freight, and international sea freight, based on the product characteristics, order quantity, shipping distance, and delivery urgency. For high-value, small-quantity goods that require urgent delivery, international express can achieve quick delivery within 3 to 7 working days. For medium-quantity goods, international air freight is recommended, with a typical delivery time of 5 to 15 working days. For large-quantity, low-value-added goods, international sea freight is the option, with a delivery time of 15 to 45 working days. After the goods are dispatched, we will promptly provide you with the tracking number and the full tracking link, enabling you to keep track of the goods' status at any time.
III. Tariffs and Customs Clearance
Tariff Liability: According to international trade rules, import tariffs, value-added taxes, consumption taxes, etc., are borne by the buyer. Since policies vary among different countries and are subject to frequent changes, it is advisable to consult the local customs or customs brokerage agencies before placing an order. We can provide a reference estimate, but we do not make any commitment.
Full Support for Customs Clearance: We provide a customs clearance document package, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc., and arrange customs officers to assist you. If the goods are detained or returned due to issues with the documents provided by us, we will cooperate to resolve the problem, and any additional costs will be borne by you. IV. Delivery Time Commitment
Estimated Delivery Period: The delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment. It is 3 to 7 working days for international express, 5 to 15 working days for international air freight, and 15 to 45 working days for international sea freight. The actual delivery may be extended due to factors such as customs inspections and holidays. We will monitor the progress, coordinate with the logistics parties, and update you on the information in a timely manner.
V. Goods Receipt and Inspection Specifications
On-site Inspection Requirements: When the goods are delivered, please arrange a dedicated person to conduct an on-site inspection to check whether the outer packaging, quantity, and specifications are consistent with the order.
VII. Other Important Terms
Risk Transfer Rule: After the goods are handed over to the logistics provider, except in cases of our fault, the transportation risks will be transferred to you. It is recommended that you purchase transportation insurance according to the value of the goods.
